Yesterday was a very pleasant day for painting outdoors. I walked down a stone-lined path in a wooded area and found my subject, an ancient fountain.
I hiked back up the hill to eat my lunch, sitting in the shade beside my car (don’t know whose car that is that “snuck” into my photo).
What to my wondering eyes should appear but a giant green rabbit!
I did some more hiking, but now with much less baggage, leaving my art supplies in the car. I enjoyed being able to scamper over rocks, okay, I did not exactly scamper when it was uphill. I wondered: Can I because I do or do I because I can?
